Dr. Anita Gupta, MD, FAAP

Lead Pediatrician

A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Dr. Gupta has spent over 15 years serving Nashville's youth. She specializes in preventive care and asthma management.

Dr. Samuel Rao

Dr. Samuel Rao, MD

Developmental Specialist

Dr. Rao brings expertise in early childhood development and neurodiversity. He collaborates closely with local schools to support learning differences.

Nurse Maya Patel

Maya Patel, RN, CPN

Head Pediatric Nurse

With a warm smile and gentle touch, Maya ensures every vaccination and checkup is tear-free. She leads our parent education workshops on newborn care.

Our Journey in Music City

2016

Health Care Flow Hub opens its doors on Cedar Lane, founded by a group of passionate local pediatricians dedicated to closing gaps in community care.

2019

We expanded our facility to include a dedicated Nutrition & Wellness center, responding to the growing need for holistic child health support in Middle Tennessee.

2022

Launch of our comprehensive Telehealth program, allowing us to reach families in rural Tennessee counties and provide convenient care during the post-pandemic era.

2024

Recognized as a "Top Pediatric Practice" by Nashville Parent Magazine. We continue to grow, adding Adolescent Medicine services to support teens.
